Donation Terms
Terms governing online gifts made to Zoe Christian Assembly.

1. Gifts
All gifts made through this site are voluntary contributions to Zoe Christian Assembly, a registered religious organization in Sherbrooke, Québec. Amounts are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2. Tax Receipts
An official donation receipt eligible for income tax purposes will be issued by email for gifts of $20 CAD or more. Receipts are sent to the email address provided at checkout. For an annual consolidated receipt, please contact us.
3. Recurring Gifts
Monthly or weekly gifts continue until cancelled. You may pause or cancel a recurring gift at any time by emailing info@zoechristian.org. Cancellations are processed within one business day. We will not process any further charges once your cancellation is confirmed.
4. Refunds
Because gifts are charitable contributions, they are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error (wrong amount, duplicate, or unauthorized charge), please contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve it in good faith, including reversing the charge where appropriate.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the handling of your payment information.
6. Designated Funds
When you designate a gift to a particular fund or campaign, we make every reasonable effort to honour that designation. If a designated fund is fully subscribed or discontinued, your gift may be redirected to the general fund of the ministry.
